What you get

A one-off report on a business's public digital visibility: a score, a rung on the Visibility Ladder, what AI assistants say about the business, its search/reviews/social footprint, and a prioritized action plan. Reports are estimates based on public signals at the time of the scan, not guarantees of ranking or revenue.

Acceptable use

Audit businesses, not private individuals. Don't use isbizknown to harass anyone or to violate the terms of the platforms whose public pages we reference. We rate-limit checks and may decline abusive requests.

Payments and refunds

Reports are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. If a scan fails to produce a report after payment, it is automatically refunded. If a request targets a private individual rather than a business, the scan is stopped and refunded.

A report is informational. It is not legal, marketing, or financial advice, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
